BSNL Landline
Not working since last 15 days

My precious and peace of time in chasing our BSNL employees for

Landline and Broadband internet service is not fruitful through

My Land line Number is (0240) 249779 My landline and Broadband is not operational

since 15 days

Online complaint is registered and many time DGM and GM office of Aurangabad (Maharashtra) is contacted and complaint is registered with them also Still my landline and broadband connection is not working.

I want to know who is responsible for not providing me the proper service.

and when my landline and unlimited broadband Connection will be started again.

Can I start legal proceedings against responsible BSNL persons for

denial of service?
