Poor service!

I had applied for TaTa Indicom Plug to Surf Dial up connection since i needed the internet connectivity very urgently. Marketing executive came to my house and before taking Rs 2950 (Equipment charge sim charge) promised me of 150kbps of connectivity speed and getting my sim activated within 24 hours. After paying the amount i couldn't get the sim activated even after 48 hrs. In view of the profitability we have today forgotten the values. Marketing executives from companies like Tata Indicom go to the customers with smiling faces and lots of false promises. Customers fall pray to these promises and buy the products to get disappointed.
