Gprs setting

Mr suraj deshmukh from chattisgarh (durg) mobile no.09479271081, and m using nokia 6233 for the use of gprs, from 15 days i am calling in bsnl customercare for gprs setting but daily customer care said that they will send gprs setting but i will not receive any messages because of this iwill not use internet in mobile and to use of internet i will go in the cvyber cafe daily for 5 hours in rate of 100 rs daily so please sdolve my problem
