Deactivation of BSNL Music On Demand

Dear Sir / Madam

I don't need "Music on Demand" at all. Hence, this should be deactivated immedmiately from my account. In fact, I never had demanded it. I surprise how this has been activated with my account without my interest for which I am being charged Rs 149 per month for last 8 months without my usage even for single minute till now. I am continuously trying to get it deacivated from telephone exchange but this has not been done so far.

Hence, I appeal to deactivate it immediately otherwise being compelled, I will have no option other than permanent disconnection of my landline connection.

Please treat the matter as Most Urgent and get it deactivated immediately under intimation to me.

I seek prompt co-operation from your end.
