Land line dead

My BSNLtelephone no 2562915 is dead since 26-12. Broadband is installed on this number. I have booked the complaint on 198 on 26-12. Docket no. 74584. No response from BSNL. I tried to contact Shankarnagar office. After trying hecticaly for 2 days I could hear some voice. I explained the things to him. He said he will send the line man. But nobody came. I tried to contact SDE. He gave me the VALUABLE advice to contact Shankarnagar office. I then sent the FAX to DGM on the number indicated in the directory requesting him to direct the workers for urgent action. But nothing has been done. Either the FAX has not reached to him or he dont have the time for such SMALL and useless complaints. He is very busy in increasing the number of connections so that he proudly declares in the press that he has achived the target on paper hiding the number of consumers who have disconnected their connections.

I dont know whether this complaint will restore my connection or it will remain on this server for years without any action
