MOST OF THE TIME NOT OPERATEABLE

I have taken a internet broad band from BSNL. The same is not operative for most of the time. We have made several complaints to the concerned Department and met the senior officer in person but of little help.

It appears that they do not want do rectify the problem and subtily forcing their costomer to opt out to any other service provider (Private). The callousness of the employees is unbearable.
