Erroneous billing!

3 Months back I got Tata Indicom Pug N Surf, I am a Regular user of this services Only when I am in My car. The Software of the Coard also give the Logs of the Usage according to which i am using approx 25 hours a month. I have Bought 325 Plan In which i am allowed to browse for 30 Hours per month Free of Cost. But in Last 2 months My Bills have started coming for 1700 -1800. As per this I am always hooked on to Tata Indicom. The Support team does not have clue on how to sort this out.
My Request to all of you is to not to go in for this till Tata corrects it billing. They have launched the Technology with Incorrect billing, or My account has been compromised and someone else is using my hours.
