Poor service team of bsnl

Sir i have been using internet on my pc by blutooth of n73 and bsnl prepaid card.my mobile no is 9416000301.but from last two days i m having trouble i doing so.i have many times complainted in bsnl, they put call on hold and they go to sleep, they could make no solution. i am very angry on bsnl.please give me any solution and there must be any limit for call holding time .u should make any rule for this.
