BSNL prepaid recharge
Echarge for Rs.13

Dear Sir,

Yesterday (25.11.2011) I have recharge my mobile no. 9417677764 of BSNL through www.rechargeitnow.com of Rs.13/- for local and STD message @0.05 paise for 30 days (studied from BSNL website) but I didn't get this facility till now. please suggest how can i can get back Rs.13/-.
