Company using the balance on sim without letting it known

Sir/Madam,

I have a complaint against the policy of BSNL. To activate a plan of 2gb free download (Rs 98/- recharge), one has to have a minimum balance on sim (Rs 25/- i guess). Now if one's free usage limit gets over, the company starts charging on the balance with the sim on per kb basis and many times the user knows about it only when the balance is all used-up. I find this policy very unfair. In my view the company should let one know when the free usage limit is over and it should ask whether one wants to continue using internet with the balance or not. This would be a fair practice.

I have talked to many friends who use internet on mobile or USB-modem and most of them have been victim of this policy in the same manner.

I would appreciate if you could take the matter with authorities to help the consumers.
