Bsnl router
Unable to connect

I had recently bought a wireless router from the BSNL office and it has been configured.

I am not able connect to internet in my iphone when i keep the security on, while i can connect if i keep it off.

Its not possible to keep my connection unsecured and the bsnl officials are asking me to keep it off. Also they cannot explain the reason why it is happening and are not ready to take back the router as my purpose is not solved.
