Even after repeated reminders BSNL not cares to set right the problem

The telephone alongwith broadband is not working frequently and various mails and personal calls have been made to the deparment. They never cares to rectify the problem. Wheres the bill request alone is prompt in service except the connection. Can anybody help me to recitfy my problem. My BSNL No. is 0422 - 2626239. Mobile 94431 22235.
