Complaint not Attended (last 3 months)

3 Months ago We had registered complaint of out broadband connection,

My complaint is:

My broadband automatically goes off when the Street lights on at evevning.

But till date no respond from BSNL department, daily I call or personally visit to Mr Suba Singh (SDO, BSNL Deparment- Dehardun) but no result. They are always trying to shift complaint from one division to other division

Now, I am very fed-up, please try to help me out.
