I am sajilal. S.G residing at sajihouse, karumom, Tvm-2.My phone no is 04712492364and mobile no is 9497264849.

I booked bsnl broad band connection on 22-7.scheme-BBG FN COMBO 500_ANNUAL_PURCHASE BASIC-1 (TYPE1). At the time of booking they offered full time unlimited for 15 days. I got connection on 28-7.Now I got only 11 days unlimited. On enquiry they said that my connection is activated on 24-7.so 15 days count from 24th. This is cheating, they never remained me the ending date.since i got connection on 28th i count from this date. The delay in connection is their mistake. If my connection is possible only on 28th, why should they active my connection on 24th. Why should i suffer these four days.
