Poor service of broad band

My broad band connected with land line telephone no. 02502200322. I have opted for unlimited Plan 750. I am working with a Central Govt. office. Each month minimum 10-15 days the broad band internet connection is not getting as the indication shows some error or server probme.. Sometime link is not getting. Whereas I am paying the bills upto date. Please try to provide satisfactory service to the broadband users. The service seems to be below average. Improvement in service is absolutely necessary for the interest of the public
