Timtara.com/Samsung 22

I recently purchased a Samsung 22" Full HD LCD LA22D400E1R Television from Timtara.com for Rs.11, 470. I was really impressed with the price they offered and boast about Free shipping Home delivery as well as the promise to deliver in 10 to 15 days.

To my horror, the item I ordered on 04-04 has not yet been delivered as on 28-04 and also in-spite of several mails querying about the order delivery, there has been no response to my mails. The strangest thing about their site is that they have only ONE contact number which is almost literally unreachable.

And un fortunately contact any customer executive his told every time today ship, today ship, today ship

Their site boasts about addressing every mail within 24 hours but none of that has happened in my case.

For the past one week not even a single reply has come through either from cco@timtara.com or customerfirst@timtara.com.

I placed my Order through STANDARD CHARTERED CREDIT CARD due to which I have lost my money too.

I even sent them a mail requesting cancellation of order but still no response.

Please REFRAIN from ordering through this site as its is FRAUDULENT. You might end up losing your money. I LOST MINE!!!
