Broadband Link

Our house telephone no is 2434 5183 and it is in the name of my father Mr. Manabendra Nath Nandy. With the same line we have a broad band connection of plan of Rs.750/month. The broad band is not functioning properly since last six months. The main problem is the weakness of the link. Time and again we communicated our complaint to Sonarpur Branch by phone calls and by personal visit but every time we get the assurance and definitely it ends without any result. The broadband connection has been taken for usage and for that we pay hefty amount in each month that too much advance than the due date then why such lackadaisical attitude in rectifying the problem. One of the person who was sent 2 months before half heartedly attended the job. We had to buy parts (some casing. We do'nt know why we had to buy when the property is owned by Calcutta Telephones) but it went into waste.

We are really very annoyed over such attitude and we demand immediate attention else we have no option but to discontinue.
