Stole the webdesign and my code from demo website and using without paying

Brief :

I want to state with great regrets that a Canadian web design company which is run by Mr. Jaspreet Singh Kandhari (Mr. JS Kandhari) by the name of "Canada Dreamz" has stolen my work (web design code images) for one of their client's website using a 3rd party software directly from the demo website on my server. They have not paid me any money for the work done and hence I did not deliver the original design files (Photoshop Document) or the code. I have not given them any rights or permission to use my design or code without paying me and without getting my explicit consent.

Details

Mr. Jaspreet Singh Kandhari had approached me for web design and development of website for Scooters Group based in Canada. They did not send the project initiation fee as was discussed between us but requested me to initiate the project so that we could show the client something. In good faith, I created the samples of design and revised them as well based on the client feedback. But they still did not send any payments making lame excuses such as the client is not replying, client is very busy.. this all started only after I started to make repeated requests for money for the work as mutually agreed.

However, they wanted more work to be done as they said the client wanted to launch their website soon.. So I finished coding the home page by converting it from design to programming.. But sensing some trouble, I did not send him the code files. Instead, I set up a demo on my own hosting provider and shared the link with them so that they could view it as functional on my server -- However, they still did not pay and JS Kandhari stopped answering my emails and Instant Messages..

When I wrote about the payments again, he began to make excuses and threatening that I must do what I am told without any questions or without asking for money as the Canadian law is very strict than the Indian law. He threatened me stating that I must not annoy the client as he might take to court and I won't be able to prove anything and I should just finish my work and only then they will decide to pay.

Sensing trouble, I took the demo off from the website address that I shared with them .. and told them that the work would not proceed until they make any payments.. However, this cheat JS Kandhari carelessly stopped replying to my emails or Instant Messages and never conversed or chatted with me after that.

After my exams ended on 31st May (i.e. after a gap of 15-20 days), I sent him another Instant Message but he did not reply. I just decided to check the scooters group website at once, and I was shocked to see that they were using my design! without paying me and without asking for my permission!

Not only that, when I checked the source code of their website - I found this line written near the end of the code
