Interruption of connection regularly

Since I took connection I was not able to use internet regularly.

First time it was due to the fault of my machine. Afterwards several times I had to complain about non connection to the main server. Each time Something is done and all is OK. But after some days the connection is out and I complain and it is made Ok. This happened several times. Now, since Nov.9, there is no connection to the server. This may be due to a faulty modem either. I have gone to the customer service centre at Ernakulam, Kochi, Kerala several times to complain personally. Never I could meet a responsible person there.

The balance in my account is more than Rs.1500/- and I have to loose this large amount if I quit the connection. Hence I request that something must be done. If not, make some arrangements to get me the balance amout. I have another ISP's connection and it works very well since the last one year.
