Chandamama -Hindi Subscription through Indiatimes Shopping
Non Delivery of Issues

Hi,

I have order 3 years subscription of Chandamama Hindi for 3 years from Indiatimes Shopping in August Till September I got issues, but thereafter there are no issues delivered till now, I put a mail as below with response :

Dear Sir,

I had placed an order for subscription of Chandamama (Hindi) through order no 111752827 for 3 years. But I am not receiving any issue since October. Please update me about the status and deliver the pending issues. I wish that in future it would be delivered on time.

But Still there is no response I had contacted customer care nos of Indiatimes Shopping, every time they said they would forward the same to the publisher. Still the issue is unresloved. Please help me out.
