Still not installed connection after paying Installation charge

I m Jignesh Goswami, Apply for Broadband connection with Chandra Net Pvt Ltd on 12/03 and as per rules of this company i have complite all service applying formalities with company Executive Name Chintan Parmar. I have given 2970 (service charge) 500 (refund deposite) with check from Standerd chartered bank check No 870602.

That time company executive told me they will installed broardband setup upto 15/03, but there is nobody came to installed setup and same executive not pickup the call (09099089883) from same day on words.

I had call to customer care No (079-661999877/900/980/801) nos of times, but not getting sutisfactory answer regards same.

Now i want my money back with my bussiness lost from company.

So kindly help me for above matter.
