Delay in delivery!

Hello,

I want to put forward the problems faced by me from last two days.

On the occasion of Rakshabandhan i had placed an order of 1rakhi, haldiram kajukatli to chennai which costed me around 524INR through Chennaionlineflorists.com. In their website they flaunt of delivery within 24hrs but though i placed the orders on 22nd aug evening it did not reached my brother till 24thaug (the festive eve). My order number was HCOF-2208201025.

I kept on calling their customer service number but either they are busy or they do not respond properly.

Moreover, they are not ready to refund my money back.

Plaese suggest me something in this concern asap.
