Cheated by not delivering the product

I had ordered flowers at Chennaionlineflorists.comon the 9th of July. The site confirms delivery of the product on the same day. However, I had requested if it can be delivered by 7 AM. This was not however done. I called them at 10:30 AM and I was promised that it would be delivered the same day. However I gre suspicious and called them at 5:30 once again. I updated them once again with the recipients mobile number, so that they could call before they delivered the flowers. I was once again assured that this would be done by 8 PM. Now, as of now, it has still not been delivered and I am not getting any answer from their tele-callers. I feel I have been cheated of the money I had paid them to get the flowers delivered
