Poor service

I am using the bsnl broadband service since august. we shifted during the month of october and also transferred the bsnl broadband connection. fromt then the headache started. The broadband is not working at all. I have been calling bsnl customer care number 1500 and 1504 regularly but no improvement. Even I have visited the bsnl madhavaram telephone exchange many at times, no response from this bull shit bsnl. all my month rental 999 is waste. I really want to take appropriate action against this poor and negligent service of bnsl.
