Sify 1550 plan for 3 months
Chat user always busy

Whenever i logged in for chat service, i get ur person as busy forever. Morning, evening, late night. at any time it appears "all the persons are busy".

and if fortunately found to be in service, no reply comes from that side.

so please either u improve ur service area or just remove this service offer from ur company.
