Eceving of prize money

Sir, before 10-12 days i received a sms that you won 100000 pounds in cocacola-mobile-award and to contact to a email id (given). i contact and also receive reply. then they send amail that you have to pay the insurance fees before the prize money received. i reply them that i can't deposit any money without any legal acknowledgement. then they send that our company had paid the fee on behalf of you and our dispatch officer will go to give prize money. then today i receive a cal that i m dispatch officer and deposit Rs.19900 as custom clearance and send me a account number. i said how can i deposit without any legal acknowledgement. then he said you have to pay and cal me again and again.
