Claim of prize, they told delivery charge

Sir,

I have win" cocacolapromotion2011" sum GBP"500, 000.00 in my e mail id, all about information i send to the provider; all of that they charge me for delivery INR 30, 000.00 (UKPC agent), What i do? Because INR30, 000.00 not in my hand this time.

Please help me.
