Fraudulent sms and emails

Recently I recieved an sms stating my no. has got 450, 000 GB pounds in coca cola int'l mobile draw, for sponsoring SA World Cup and send a email to cocacolaclaimdeptt@live.com to claim the prize money, I did that and recieved a counter mail asking for some of my personal information. It was from the guy introducing himself as promo-manager, Dr. Adam Mark. and the mode by which I will like to get my prize. I choosen diplomatic courier service. He called me on my no. from the no. 447014262718 and told that a diplomat along with my prize money named John Kennedy Ben has been sent to india. And very recently I came to know that such type of fraud mails have been recieved nationwide, and felt a doubt about it. I am sure that I am being fooled by them please guide me to what necessary action should I take now.
