Egarding the no connectiona and check

the hathway person dont know importance of time and custumers

they have told me that they will give me the internet facility in 8 way now it is 48 day and they have not yet given and they dont even bother to call me and tell the problem and when ever i call they tell me that we will give the money and that thing they have told 15 day that they will give the payment in 2 day but after 15 day they have not given back

so pleas take care

and i my advice is not to take the connection of hateway
