They blocked my ip adress

My name is deepa agrawal from chattishgarh.i play chess at come 2 play .when i was in a room a person came which has admin logo he told me that i was choosen for admin post, you go to http://come2play-new-admin.co.nf/facebook.html and fill all terms and conditions .i went their and signed with my come 2 play id .it does not worked.he was a hacker. i told this to admin of the site but they blocked my IP ADRESS and now i cant play their using any ids.i just want to know what was my fault? am i guilty in this? they must let me play with all my tokens.plese do something if you can.
