Poor services after paying advance to company for two connections

Hi

i am harvinder garg from bathinda applied for two broadband connections from connect to my home and office, but till today, only one connection is installed properly and for the second one only wire is provided no phone set and router is provided as per their promise for the services, i am very sorry to but the services provided to me by connect is very poor not of satisfactory level, no suggestion for any body they all can judge by them self.
