Connect broadband
Not geeting services even after paying bill

I am a consumer of connect broadband and i have paid there bill on 1 feb which was as decided on bill.even after depositing their amount i gave them advance of Rs1000 and my services was bard for 6 days which caused problem in my office work and the company members were nt giving there answers so please look after it if company do like this it is very annoying and cause a major problem in my work..
