Not activating Reliance data card

I am Chandan Kumar Singh.

I purchased Reliance 3G data card from http://www.connectindia.in on 28th feb and was promised that I will get Mcafee antivirus with it free worth Rs 1000/- and also my Data card will be activated on same day that is 28th feb by 7:00 pm. But it has not been activated they have received all the required documents and have also verified that. Every time I call either they say that it will be activated within 1 hour or they disconnect the call.

I have also send them mail but there is no response. I am in IT and most of my work is done through Internet. Due this I am facing lots of problem

as each time they say it will be activated within 1 hour which I belives and dont go for any alternative. Today is 1st March and I doubt they will activate it in even a week. I want to complain because they should not commit what they cant do. So that our work is not hamperd and we face losses and if so we should get full compensation and it should be a lesson.

Their customer care is also very ill mannered.
