This is to inform you that till date the so called connection which is not yet activated as per the commitment made you by your team, prior to payment receipt. In spite of making the payment as advised nothing was done from your Support team to make the connection active in spite of innumerable communications.

This is the worst, I had ever seen such a services. Its almost 6 months now after paying the activation charges, still our account is not activated, after lot of communications things didn’t happen/resolved yet and we lost the faith you please refund the money paid at the earliest. Else we have to go to consumer's forum for the settlement
