Broadband service not getting properly on daily basis

Respected sir,

With reference to the above subject is we have own web site said www.prlwebxpress.com named. we are using that web site daily 15 to 20 hrs. we also have your broadband connection. But we can not take service from your side due to disconnection of your service & low speed of your server or data process. ultimately we are facing lot of problem from your side.

Problems are as under:

1) We cannot get good speed from broadband.

2) Disconection of broadband internet service

3) Low Speed of Broadband Internet.

4) No time when stops internet & when starts.

5) Nobody wants to hear our problem

6) Always Switch off their phone nos. where we do complaint

7) This problem occurs in our area regularly at GIDC, Vapi.

8) Disconnection of broadband service regularly.

Why this is happaning all time please give positive reply & please do the needful at the earliest Pls. Pls... Pls...
