Reliance Broad Band

Dear Sir,

I (Shiv Mittal, Curesa Leather Products Pvt Ltd.) have taken a 6 months Pre paid Broadband connection from Reliance. Its been only one month since connection and they disconnected the service stating that Rs. 800 is due as installation. I told them that the reliance marketing person (Mr. Ranjit Mob: 9331130111) who came to sell the connection had give a free Installation scheme under the 6 months pack and so a Cheque of Rs. 2500 was paid in full by cheque.

Yesterday 20.07.10 when i called Reliance customer care they just told me that they can neither do anything nor can take any complain against the sales person until i dont pay the installation.

The sales person on repeated questioning regarding the same has told that he will rectify the problem from the reliance side but nothing has been done till now.

All i want to know is if that was the case why reliance even accepted part payment and installed the broadband, i am no relative of ambanis.

Its been 3 days since my net is down and nothing is being done, i feel cheated and want you to do something. My Name is Shiv Mittal and mobile no is 9836770222 My area is P-3 NEW CIT ROAD KOLKATA - 73

I need explaination from reliance and something to be done about these sales person.
