Very poor internet speed

Sir /madam

even for today as we people living in the era of high technologies, its very shameful to say poor internet access not even able to open one site or browse or upload or download any file. since more than one month despite telephonic reminder regarding this problem, to the responsible personnel, i could not connect to the internet. The promises made by the people at the time of purchase, speed will not trip down 236 kbps but never got this speed.

so i personally request you to do something so that we people can get adequate accessible speed
