Hello,

My name is Sunil Kumar

I purchased your reliance data card MDN-9310697345 on Monday 13 dec09 with high speed 3.1mbps

but it is suspended due to negative verification from wednesday evening 16dec09

While i did not receive any call from verification executive. I am contacting the DSA person Farhaad-9311273939, from whom i purchased the product,

since 16 december but he is not responding. Once Farhaad gave his senior contact 9311179491. but he always says it is

in progress. I contacted to Customer Care-011-30855143.Here I was told to submit the address proof once again

but when i visited to Relaince Shop to submit passport as proof, the concerned person told to contact to the person (Farhaad) for reverification

It means I am fool who spent 3500 hundred rupees for having your services at home in a suspended mode.

Learning a lesson from this experience, Can I be ahead to suggest to use this data card
