Non delivery of UBISLATE 7 /Akash Tablet after taking advance payment

Dear Sir/Madam

I have made online booking of aakash tablet pc and my booking ID is PMB070EE1258 and it was booked by me on 15.12.2011. As per your email dated 01.02.2012 If you send advance payment then priority will be given and your ubislate 7 delivered in the first week of March and postage charges of Rs.199/- will be waved off. Accordingly I was send advance payment rs.2999/- By Multi city cheque in favoure of "datawind innovation pvt ltd.(Ch. No.176137 Punjab National BAnk) to your office Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd., 8148, Jubilee Complex, Saltanwind Road, Amritsar-143001, cheque has credit in your account on 15th February.

But till date, I have not received my product else anyone not contact me ;I had so many called his toll free no.18001802180 & also mailed to you and

Thisisto acknowledge that we have received your Cheque*/Demand Draft ofRs2, 999 .Thank you for your payment, you will receive your UbiSlate 7 soon.

As per your email dated 05.05.2012

you told me that " Your order is in process.you will get thedelivery of your device within 15th May to 31st May. Weregret inconvenience caused due to delay."

As per your email dated 19.06.2012

Your order is in process.you will get your delivery of Ubislate7 with in 10 to 15 working days. We regret inconvenience caused due to delay.

But till date i.e. 23.07.2012 I have not received my ubislate 7 .
