Fraud, cheater company

Order #168200) I ordered a sony mobile from www.dealsandyou.com website. After making the payment, came to know they deliver your product after 26 days (I think that would be FOOLISH person on earth, who would wait 26 days after making the payment). I order on 06/04 today it is 08/17/11…no product till now. No call, no sms from company side however I call every day on customer care no... But nothing happening.
