Order not received

Well..! this is sad one... I have always refrained from buying expensive products online, this time though I could not resist myself. It was 'the' handset model I've been wanting for some time. SE W980i, priced 20k in market, not even available with most of retailers in Bengaluru. (model is bit old now, didn't really fair well too). I had to have it, so along came deals2mint, flaunting the cell on their website and to sweeten the deal it was priced at just 12.6k. So I slipped, placed an order on 14FEB payment cleared on the same day. The site promises to deliver the product in 10 days. Order went to "processed" status in 3 days and thats it, never heard anything from deals2mint after that. Sent a mail, called the customer care; all I got was complaint number and 15 days deadline. 5 days have already passed and I am sensing the worst; "my product will not be delivered to me".

Well, I might the get the money back from the a**holes if I persevere but it wasn't what I wanted, did I?
