Deals and You
BLACKBERRY MOBILE NOT RECIEVED AFTER PAYMENT

I had Placed an order to purchase a blackberry mobile from Deals and you online ORDER # 104964. I had also made online payment on 04/may. The online terms and conditions assured that the product will be delivered within 21 days. I also called their helpline # within the 21 days window as was advised it been dispatched. They never gave me reference or trcker # for the consignment. Till date its been more than 55 days and i have not received the product. When I call their helpline they state product was dispatched the respective address and it returned back as their was no response from my side. I completely deny this as I always be at home 24/7 as i am a house wife. I did not receive any communication (phone/courier) from deals and you. I grew suspicious hence I wanted to check their cash on delivery option. I placed another order on 21/may and within 7 working days I was contacted by the courier agency requesting me to receive the order.

We have also sent many email communication to deals and you helpdesk. In returned I always get electronic email back stating issue will be looked into, which was never done.also they are not providing courier consignment no. to us after many request.

This proves that company does not care about their assurance once they receive their money. If the money is due from customer they regularly follow up to collect the same.
