Non delivery / bad response

I placed an order for the Pioneer audio player on the 14th of July as per the details below :

Description: Pioneer audio player (AVH-P 3250)

Though the delivery should've been in 21 working days, as of 19th Aug. 2011 (more than 28 working days), I've not recd. the goods.

I tried to get the delivery status by calling 01206726777 for about 5 times but all the time, I was asked to "Hold On" and call after 2 hours. Their Miss Anju, Nisha and Mr. Rohit (or Rohan) didn't allow me to escalate the complaint up to their supervisor under many unbelievable excuses.

I've already spent more than Rs.100.00 on the phone bills, my schedule of installation of this Pioneer Player is badly upset and I'm totally frustrated with "Deals and You".

I seek your help.
