FAKE product

My son purchased a Rebok back pack from deals and You and received a FAKE Reebok backpack for toddlers. The item shown in the advt, and the one sent had no resemblance and is a duplicate product. The Customer Support did not register the complaint and refused to give complaint number. They denied even speaking to some one in-charge. All we were told was we will look into the matter, without any reference. The supplier of the bag "Ajit International" said he does not claim any responsibility because he has done a "deal" with the company and is not directly responsible to answer about the Fake product.
