Improper, fraudulent Online Shopping site

I will like to repeat my claim here and what exactly has happened:

On 4th November i place order on your website. The order number is 282988. They promised me that my product will be delivered within 21 working days. Even today the product is not delivered. I am right now in australia and called your gurgaon number for more than 5 or 6 times. Each time longing more than 20-45 minutes. There is not a single person who could address my questions. Also, I was subjected to lot of mental stress and harassment. I was promised a call back and resolution of the problem but it was not done. Kundan Kumar Singh and swati from your company promised me resolution but since then nothing more has happened. I would like to press charges against the system you have within your company. I would like to reach out to the company for the refund of money i paid and monetary compensation of 2000 INR for the calling charges and mental stress. I hope your company reacts to this swiftly and the issue is resolved before escalates further.

I will only accept money back to my credit card account and not as some non-useful voucher.

Hope you understand the seriousness of your blunders in services and provide me the compensation.

With all the respect to your unhelpful decision makers and ridiculous customer service people I am refusing this offer. You can not make offer of my money in any other form than in bank transfer or credit on my credit card.
