Hidden/incomplete/non understandable information on website

I have bought a voucher from deals and you website which says

Rs 99 for Rs 600 worth of:

Pick & Choose Anything from the Stylish Website

But after purchasing the voucher I came to know that you have to buy a minimum of amount 2000 to get this voucher redeemed. When I called the customer care for the website, they told me everything is written on the page in section "The Fine Print". While talking to customer care executive & her superior Vishal, both of them continuously say it is written in our terms & conditions. But you will not find Terms & conditions word written anywhere on that deal.. by this they mean " the Fine Print" is their terms & conditions. How will a laymen know that they have found a new word to cheat people.

Now they are not giving back the money nor accepting that such an important clause should be mentioned upfront on website, not hidden somewhere.
