Product not Delivered after Payment

I ordered a razorbee tv upgrade on phone by making an instant online payment of rs.2999 on 13th april with order no:-513223, it was supposed to be delivered till 30th april as per their terms. I called them 1st may giving them a few days more for delays that could have happened. I talked to number of associates/Representatives. Next day morning I called up again and representative said your complaint has been forwarded to 3rd party vendor, he will get back to me by evening. I talked to their supervisor after lot of calls and hardship after two days. They have no toll free number and they force the customer to call them on 1206726777 since a few days. The customer had to call 0124-XXXXXX number earlier. There is no sign of my order being cancelled even after numerous calls and 3 emails so far. This is a fraud company and please help me get a refund.
