Over charge the deal and then refuse to cancel

I selected and ordered a Spa Deal on deals and you. The deal showed for 1499 but they charged me 1799. Since i ordered 2 quantities of the deal they overcharged me by 600Rs. I called them and informed and the customer service told me the matter will be resolved in 48 hours. 6 days have passed since then and i have not heard from them either on phone or email. I even sent the compaint on their website but again no response.

I requested to speak to their superviser and i was told he/she will call me back in 1 hour. Its been 24 hours since then and noone gave me a call.

I have been cheated by them on 3 different issues :

1. Overcharged for a deal by Rs 600.

2. Assured the matter will be resolved in 48 hours (48 hours have gone 3 times).

3. Assured the supervisor will call me in 1 hour (its been 24 hours noone called me)

I have requested to cancel my deal but they REFUSE to cancel the deal saying e deals CANNOT be cancelled.

This company is duping customers online.
