Hi All,

I am registering this complaint to get an apt solution for me and to make aware of others. This July 13 I have ordered a wrist watch from Deals and you by credit card payment of Rs 6499. As per their policy the product will be delivered within 10 working days but till date (31-07) i did not receive my product or money back. Whenever I contacted their customer care through phone and mails their reply was unsatisfactory. I have all the copies of mails, bills and the phone conversation number. Kindly help me out to resolve this issue.
