WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

After having booked a cruise vocher 92285 from dealsandyou.com website on 14th April I have been calling their customer care every alternate day to complain about the vendor who was not responding. I was told to write an email about my problem which i did twice but there was not even an acknowledgement from their side. On pursuing the matter further telephonically i was told that the matter will get resolved WITHIN A DAY and they willrevert back either by mail/telephonically but there has been no response.

This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE i have encountered so far. I have demanded a cancellation and refund of the amount. I am also planning to approach the consumer court very soon. For all those reading this BLOG DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEIR WEBSITE.
